BOB Blog - for all wayfarers!

“Whenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I do not despair for the human race.” HG Wells.

This is the first entry in the Biking Old Buckenham blog!

Yes, I realise blogging belongs to the dark ages of Web 1.0 before people's attention spans were drastically curtailed to goldfish proportions and from the days when car drivers still occasionally used their indicators.

However, this is intended to give an element of live content to this otherwise fairly static site and to gradually fill in a bit of background.

Let me introduce myself. I have been an enthusiastic cyclist all my life but never a lycra clad road racer, always a gentle sight-seer on two wheels.  That will be the style of route offered here - something for those "past the first flush of youth".

Please check back from time to time for more bumblings, burblings and meanderings.
